Stuffed Chicken Breast with Parma Ham
Rich and smoky, this traditional Italian dish, that’s made with bacon, cream and a Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot, creates a beautiful combination of flavours.

Ingredients
- 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
- 60g butter, softened- Healthy tip: Use Flora Buttery
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 dessertspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices Parma ham or bacon
Method
- Blend Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot, butter and parsley together.
- Carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
- Evenly divide garlic butter and place into the pocket of the chicken.
- Wrap one piece of ham round each chicken breast, secure with a cocktail stick if necessary.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C /160 °C fan, Gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes , basting half way. Serve with potato wedges and a mixed salad.
