Stuffed Chicken Breast with Parma Ham

Rich and smoky, this traditional Italian dish, that’s made with bacon, cream and a Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot, creates a beautiful combination of flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
  • 60g butter, softened- Healthy tip: Use Flora Buttery
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 dessertspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices Parma ham or bacon

Method

  • Blend Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot, butter and parsley together.
  • Carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  • Evenly divide garlic butter and place into the pocket of the chicken.
  • Wrap one piece of ham round each chicken breast, secure with a cocktail stick if necessary.
  • Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C /160 °C fan, Gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes , basting half way. Serve with potato wedges and a mixed salad.
