Chilli Prawns with Mango Salad
Combining the sweetness of mango with the heat of chilli, this restaurant-worthy dish is created with a Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot to add a delicious kick to tiger prawns.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500g raw peeled tiger prawns
- 1 Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
- 4-5 spring onions, sliced
- 100g pack mixed salad leaves and herbs
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp palm or caster sugar
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté prawns with half the Knorr Flavour Pot for 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients with the remaining chilli pot.
- Toss the salad, onions, mango and prawns in the dressing and serve immediately.
