Combining the sweetness of mango with the heat of chilli, this restaurant-worthy dish is created with a Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot to add a delicious kick to tiger prawns.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g raw peeled tiger prawns
  • 1 Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • 4-5 spring onions, sliced
  • 100g pack mixed salad leaves and herbs
  • Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp palm or caster sugar

Method

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté prawns with half the Knorr Flavour Pot for 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  • Mix together the dressing ingredients with the remaining chilli pot.
  • Toss the salad, onions, mango and prawns in the dressing and serve immediately.
