Use a Knorr 3 Peppercorn Flavour Pot to add peppery heat to this full-bodied Pork Stroganoff. Combined with cream, garlic, shallots and mushrooms, this highly appetising meal is sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 500g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10g Flora Buttery
  • 50g shallot, diced
  • 200g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • 200ml single cream
  • 1 Knorr Three Peppercorn Flavour Pot
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  • Lightly season the pork fillet with a little salt. Heat the oil and butter in a heavy based pan and fry the strips till golden brown. Remove to a plate to keep warm.
  • Add shallot and mushrooms and fry until lightly golden, add garlic and fry for a further 30 seconds.
  • Add the cream and Knorr Three Peppercorn Flavour Pot.
  • Return the meat to the pan and heat through thoroughly, finish with the lemon juice stirred through and sprinkle with parsley.
