There’s no need for a takeaway when you can make this tasty Korma. Just marinate chicken in a Knorr Curry Flavour Pot before adding the other ingredients, to release divine Indian aromas.

Ingredients

  • 300g skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 100ml single cream
  • ½ Knorr Chicken Stock Cube dissolved in 75mls boiling water
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish

Method

  • Marinade the chicken in the Knorr Flavour Pot.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot, add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the garlic and fry 30 seconds.
  • Add the cream and stock, stirring occasionally and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste, garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice, naan, pickles and chutneys and your choice of Indian vegetables.
