Chicken Korma
There’s no need for a takeaway when you can make this tasty Korma. Just marinate chicken in a Knorr Curry Flavour Pot before adding the other ingredients, to release divine Indian aromas.

Ingredients
- 300g skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 100ml single cream
- ½ Knorr Chicken Stock Cube dissolved in 75mls boiling water
- Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish
Method
- Marinade the chicken in the Knorr Flavour Pot.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot, add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry till golden brown.
- Add the garlic and fry 30 seconds.
- Add the cream and stock, stirring occasionally and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season to taste, garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice, naan, pickles and chutneys and your choice of Indian vegetables.
