Curried Parsnip Soup
Pep up a winter soup with a Knorr Curry Flavour Pot. Simply combine it with parsnips, stock, onions and cream to create a warming dish that’s full of spice.

Ingredients
- 25g Flora Buttery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 250g parsnips, diced
- 600ml Knorr Vegetable Stock (using ½ vegetable stock cube)
- 200ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
- Fresh chopped chives
- 3 dessert spoons single cream (optional)
Method
- Heat the Flora Buttery in a saucepan, add onion and cook until softened.
- Add the parsnips, vegetable stock, milk and Knorr Curry Flavour Pot, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until parsnips are soft.
- Pour into a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve garnished with chopped chives, swirl of cream, and crusty bread.
