Pep up a winter soup with a Knorr Curry Flavour Pot. Simply combine it with parsnips, stock, onions and cream to create a warming dish that’s full of spice.

Ingredients

  • 25g Flora Buttery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 250g parsnips, diced
  • 600ml Knorr Vegetable Stock (using ½ vegetable stock cube)
  • 200ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
  • Fresh chopped chives
  • 3 dessert spoons single cream (optional)

Method

  • Heat the Flora Buttery in a saucepan, add onion and cook until softened.
  • Add the parsnips, vegetable stock, milk and Knorr Curry Flavour Pot, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until parsnips are soft.
  • Pour into a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve garnished with chopped chives, swirl of cream, and crusty bread.
