Steak and Three Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 sirloin or fillet steaks
- 1 Knorr Three Peppercorn Flavour Pot
- 200ml single cream
- 1/2 Knorr Beef Stock Cube, crumbled
Method
- Heat the oil in a heavy based pan and cook the steaks for 2 minutes on a high heat, turning them once.
- Reduce heat and cook for a further 5 minutes for rare steaks, 8-10 mins for medium-rare and 12 mins for well-done(depending on weight and thickness).
- Remove the steaks from the pan and place on a hot serving dish.
- Reduce the heat and add the Knorr Three Peppercorn Flavour Pot to the pan with the cream and stock cube, stirring until dissolved and heated through, including any juices from the steaks.
- Pour the sauce over the steaks and serve immediately with chips and mixed green salad.
