Simple Pork Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 450g lean pork, cubed
- 1 packet Knorr Mealmaker for Pork Casserole
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 425ml water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden. Add the pork and fry until browned.
- Place the onions, pork, carrots and pepper in a casserole dish. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish.
- Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender. Delicious with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables of your choice.
