Gluten-Free Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1 Knorr Beef Stock Pot
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 100g each: carrots, celery, leeks, very finely chopped
- 400g minced meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil, Dash of pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400g chopped fresh or canned tomatoes
- Chopped parsley & basil
- 400g Gluten Free spaghetti
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot, add the onions, garlic, leeks and carrots, and sauté over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add celery and cook for 5 more minutes. Raise the heat to high and add the minced meat. Sauté, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes until the meat browns.
- Add the stock pot (undissolved), tomato paste, tomatoes, parsley and basil, and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Pour over freshly cooked Gluten Free spaghetti
