Gluten Free Thai Chicken Wings
Prepare for taste buds to take flight when you serve these wonderful gluten-free ‘wings’. Flavoured with cumin, ground coriander, red pepper flakes and one of our gluten-free Chicken Stock Cubes, they’re truly a taste to savour.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove - finely minced
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1 Knorr® Chicken Stock Cube
- 500g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. cornflour
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Finely mince garlic. Mix together sugar, spices with Knorr® Stock Cube and 2 tbsp olive oil. Cover wings well with the paste.
- Roll them in the corn flour and then place wings on baking sheet, preferably not touching each other. Bake 40 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping and cucumber salad.
