Spaghetti with Prawns and Herbs
This is a fantastic Spaghetti and Prawns recipe. The secrets of this dish lie in the great stock, a nice combination of your favourite seafood cooked with garlic and some super fresh cherry tomatoes which, add great colour and sweetness to the dish.

Ingredients
- 350g spaghetti or pasta shapes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 350g seafood e.g. raw tiger prawns or seafood mix
- 6 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50ml dry white wine
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Knorr Fish Stock Cube dissolved in 75ml boiling water
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 25g Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Cook the spaghetti according to the packet directions, drain.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large saucepan. Add the prawns or mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning once until the prawns start to turn pink. Add the spring onions and garlic and cook for a further minute. Add the tomatoes and cook on medium heat for further 2 minutes.
- Add the wine, lemon juice and Knorr Fish Stock and bring to the boil. Stir the mix into the hot spaghetti with the remaining oil and herbs.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
- Tip: For a great tasting herb combination try mixing some chopped parsley, thyme and dill.
