Beef leftover from yesterday’s roast? Give it a tasty twist by dicing then using our Knorr Naturally tasty recipe mix to create a rich, flavour filled, beef tagine that’s easy, delicious and uses all natural ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Naturally Tasty Beef Tagine
  • 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 450g Diced Casserole Beef
  • 300ml Water
  • 400g Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Courgette
  • 100g Halved Dried Apricots
  • 2tbsp Sliced, Toasted Almonds (optional)
  • 300G Couscous

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 170oC. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the beef until browned.
  • Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the pan along with the tomatoes, courgette and apricots.
  • Bring to the boil stirring constantly, then transfer to a casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 ½ hours or until beef is tender. Fifteen minutes before the beef is ready, cook couscous according to pack instructions.
  • Recipe Hint: Sprinkle with the sliced almonds, if desired and serve with couscous
