Spring Roll

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ onion, finely sliced
- 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
- 2cm piece of ginger, grated
- 100g mixed vegetables, finely sliced (carrots, beans, cabbage, red pepper)
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 100g thin rice noodles, cooked and roughly chopped
- 8 spring roll sheets
- 500ml vegetable oil (for frying)
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion until softened. Add the Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot and the ginger, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the mixed vegetables, spring onion and bean sprouts. Cook for 3 minutes and add the soy sauce. Cool completely.
