Houmous
Houmous is a real crowd pleaser and better yet is so easy to make. Let the blender do all the hard work for you, and you will be left with a beautifully smooth and creamy paste - ready for warm pitta bread and dippers of your choice!

Ingredients
- 1 Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot
- 400g can chickpeas, drained
- 2 salad tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Place all ingredients into food blender and process until smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- If desired, drizzle a little of your best olive oil over the top of the houmous before serving.
- Serve with pitta bread and your favourite dippers such as carrots and celery. Note: This recipe recommends 2 hours chill time before eating.
