Sage and Onion Stuffing
This fantastic traditional Sage and Onion Stuffing recipe is great for the whole family and the perfect accompaniment to your Sunday roast. So easy to make!

Ingredients
- 20g Gold from Flora
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- ½ Knorr Vegetable stock cube
- 2 tbsp fresh sage leaves or 2-3 tsp dried
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 225g breadcrumbs
- 400g good quality sausage meat
- 1 small egg
- Zest of ½ lemon, optional
- Black pepper
Method
- Fry the onion in the Flora until softened. Add the stock cube to dissolve.
- Coarsely chop the herbs and add to the pan
- Once the stock cube has dissolved completely, add the breadcrumbs and mix together.
- Add in the sausage meat, egg, lemon zest and black pepper and mix well together. Spoon into a small ovenproof dish.
- Bake in preheated oven 180°C, 160°C fan, Gas mark 4 for around 30-40 minutes.
- Tip: For extra flavor try adding 1 tsp all spice or ½ tsp of nutmeg in with the onions when frying.
