Rosemary or Thyme Salt
Here’s a great herb seasoning that you can make with leftover herbs such as rosemary or thyme. Mix finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme leaves, sea salt and a splash of olive oil together to make a seasoning salt. Add a little Knorr Aromat for extra flavour if you wish.

- 2 sprigs rosemary or thyme
- 1tsp sea salt
- Olive oil
- Knorr Aromat Seasoning (optional)
Method
- To make the rosemary or thyme salt, mix finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme leaves, sea salt and a splash of olive oil together to make a seasoning salt.
- Add a little Knorr Aromat Seasoning for extra flavour if you wish.
- Did you know that fresh herbs can be frozen? Mint, parsley, chives, and tarragon are all excellent. Simply give them a wash and freeze in a sealed bag or container. When you come to use them simply crumble straight into sauces, rather than as a garnish or in a salad as they tend to be damp once defrosted.
