Garlic Butter
Garlic butter is so versatile you can use it with almost anything. From steaks to fish or vegetables – it's your choice.

Ingredients
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- A handful of fresh parsley, chopped, plus some for garnish
- 50g butter, softened
Method
- Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly. Dry well using the paper towels.
- Fry or soft boil eggs. Toss gently spinach and bacon, in salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing. Pour over the salad. Top each salad portion with an egg.
- This is a great way to use up any crusty bread that is going a bit stale. Simply slice the bread, spread with the butter, stack them all back together like a loaf, wrap in tin foil and place in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
