Delicious Devilled Eggs
Devilled Eggs are a fantastic Easter picnic treat that will have everyone reaching for more. They’re incredibly easy to make – and you can even try putting your own twist on them with variations on the classic filling.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube
- 12 eggs, hard boiled and shelled
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 100ml Hellmann's Real mayonnaise
- 1tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1tbsp finely chopped parsley or dill
- A dash of ground pepper
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Method
- Blend the olive oil with the cube and make into a paste.
- Cut the eggs in half, carefully remove the yolks.
- Mash up the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise and paste, then add chives, parsley and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves. Decorate with the spring onion.
