Fish Fillet
It’s hard to beat that classic combination of fried fish and tartar sauce. Somehow, the addition of the tartar makes the fish that little bit more delicious – serve with a lemon wedge and fries for a true taste of the seaside.

Ingredients
- Tartar sauce
- 75ml Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 75ml natural yoghurt, Greek style
- 1 sour pickle, chopped fine
- 1tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2tsp lemon juice
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Fish
- 2tbsps flour
- 500g white fish fillet like catfish, tilapia, haddock or cod, cut into 4 portions
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Make the sauce by combining all ingredients and blending well.
- For fish combine flour and pepper in a shallow dish. Dust fish fillets in flour before frying.
- Heat the olive oil and cook fish until lightly browned 3–5 minutes per side. Serve fish with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge.
