Ingredients

  • 500g baking potatoes cut into thin slices
  • 1 Knorr Packet of Onion Soup
  • 250ml milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • A dash of fresh ground pepper
  • 100g shredded cheese (Swiss, mozzarella or any you have in your fridge)

Method

  • Layer potatoes in a casserole dish.
  • Mix milk, cream and onion soup mix; add garlic.
  • Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C until lightly brown on the top.
