Potato and Onion Gratin

Ingredients
- 500g baking potatoes cut into thin slices
- 1 Knorr Packet of Onion Soup
- 250ml milk
- 250ml cream
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- A dash of fresh ground pepper
- 100g shredded cheese (Swiss, mozzarella or any you have in your fridge)
Method
- Layer potatoes in a casserole dish.
- Mix milk, cream and onion soup mix; add garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C until lightly brown on the top.
