Easy Creamed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 100ml Elmlea Double Light
- 1 dessertspoon parsley, chopped
Method
- Saute mushrooms in olive oil over medium to high heat, then add onion and garlic. Allow to soften and stir to avoid burning for 10 minutes.
- Add the cream and parsley and allow to simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Serve a side dish, or use as a crepe or omelette filling.
