Grilled Swordfish
Swordfish is a satisfyingly meaty fish, and the Italian dill in this recipe, along with lime juice, white wine and a Knorr Stock Cube, complements the flavour incredibly well.

Ingredients
- 400g fresh swordfish
- 50ml white wine
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Knorr Fish Stock Cube
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 fresh Italian dill
- Fresh basil
Method
- Crush half of the Knorr Stock Cube and mix it with olive oil and chopped garlic. Add white wine and lime juice.
- Cut swordfish into 4 steaks. Place them in a large bowl and pour the mixture onto them.
- Cut dill into slices and cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Prepare 4 parcels out of aluminium foil. Place fish inside, and fill with tomatoes, dill and fresh basil leaves. Close the parcels and grill for 20 minutes.
