Potato Wedges
Potato wedges are a tasty alternative to chips or fries and always look impressive if you have guests round. Kids love them too – make up a batch and serve with burgers, steak, Chilli Con Carne, or just by themselves with a few bowls of different dipping sauces.

Ingredients
- 500g medium potatoes (about 3)
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 1tsp Knorr Vegetable Granules (25% less salt)
- Black pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 210°C, 200°C fan, Gas Mark 7.
- Cut the potatoes into 8 wedge shapes per potato and place them into a bowl.
- Mix the oil and the Knorr Vegetable Granules and work them into a paste.
- Cover the potatoes evenly with this paste and black pepper to taste.
- Place on baking tray and roast for 30–35 minutes or until soft and brown.
- Serve this with a dip or dips of your choice.
