For finger food Italian style, try these Mini Caprese. Easy to make, with mini mozzarellas and cherry tomatoes, they’re an ideal party snack.

Ingredients

  • 20 mini mozzarellas
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 20 toothpicks

Method

  • Thread on the toothpick ½ tomato, a mozzarella ball and a basil leaf.
  • Serve on platter lightly drizzled with olive oil.
  • Grind fresh pepper over.
  • Tip: Add sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into small pieces.
