Mini Caprese
For finger food Italian style, try these Mini Caprese. Easy to make, with mini mozzarellas and cherry tomatoes, they’re an ideal party snack.

Ingredients
- 20 mini mozzarellas
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 20 toothpicks
Method
- Thread on the toothpick ½ tomato, a mozzarella ball and a basil leaf.
- Serve on platter lightly drizzled with olive oil.
- Grind fresh pepper over.
- Tip: Add sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into small pieces.
