Chicken Supreme
This classic dish of chicken in creamy sauce takes surprisingly little time with a Mealmaker – fine-tuned to enrich the flavour of your ingredients. For a richer taste, combine the dry Mealmaker mix with white wine instead of the usual milk. Delicious served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skinned and cut into cubes
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 125g sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet Knorr Mealmaker for Chicken Supreme
- 425ml semi skimmed milk
Method
- Stir fry the chicken in a little oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the onions and mushrooms - fry until soft.
- Mix the contents of this packet with the milk and add to the chicken in the pan.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 8 minutes or until cooked.
- RECIPE HINT: Replace 100ml of the milk with white wine.
