This Season & Shake blend gives a delicious smoky BBQ flavour to your chicken breast. Pop sliced potatoes, carrots and green beans into the bag for an all-round flavour sensation, then plate up in generous helpings (you’ll want them).

Ingredients

  • 500g skinless chicken breast (approx 4 breasts), cut into large chunks
  • 500g potatoes sliced
  • 150g carrots sliced
  • 100g green beans
  • 125ml cold water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (fan assisted 170°C), Gas mark 5. Tear open top of pack and remove folded bag. Peel off sticker and unwrap, keeping the blue tie to use later. Resting bag on a work surface, gently place all ingredients fresh ingredients in the bag, pour in the water and add the seasoning from the bottom sachet.
  • Close and tie bag with the blue tie, approx 2cm from the opening. Supporting the weight of the bag with one hand, shake very gently, until the ingredients are evenly coated in seasoning. Place in a non-heated ovenproof dish so that the bag is sideways.
  • Place dish on a low shelf preheated 60 mins. Ensure enough room for bag to expand when cooking (bag must not touch sides or top of oven). When cooked, cut open the bag (attention: hot steam). Check meat is fully cooked and empty into dish to serve.
