Paprika Chicken
This blend of herbs and spices is a great shortcut to deliciously mild, sweet and smoky paprika chicken. Ideal with succulent chicken thighs and drumsticks, the seasoning acquires even more punch when the chicken skin crisps up during roasting – simply pierce the bag to get the crackle going.

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan assisted 180°C), Gas mark 6. Tear open top of pack and remove bag. Peel off sticker and unwrap, keeping the blue tie. Put chicken in the bag, adding the seasoning from the bottom sachet.
- Close and tie bag with the blue tie, approx 2cm from the opening. Shake gently until evenly coated. Lay the bag flat in an ovenproof dish, ensuring chicken is evenly spaced. Pierce top side of the bag several times to make chicken skin crispier.
- Place dish on bottom shelf of a preheated oven for 40mins. Ensure enough room for bag to expand when cooking. (bag must not touch sides or top of oven). Untie or cut bag open avoiding steam, check meat is fully cooked and pour contents straight into dish to serve.
