Chicken Nuggets
Swap reconstituted meat for homemade chicken nuggets; chunks of breast meat dusted in a well-seasoned breadcrumb blend. After cooking in the baking bag, serve with veggies and chips or potato wedges, plus your favourite condiments.

Method
- Preheat oven to 210°C (200°C fan assisted), Gas mark 7. Tear open top of pack, remove and unfold bag, keeping hold of blue tie to use later. Place chicken and oil in a bowl and stir thoroughly until coated. Pour seasoning mix from bottom sachet into bag.
- Add chicken to bag and holding it closed massage gently to ensure pieces are evenly coated. Close bag loosely with blue tie approx 2 cm from the end. Place bag sideways on a non-heated baking tray, ensuring chicken is evenly spaced.
- Place on middle shelf of preheated oven for 10mins. Remove from oven, gently shake and flip bag over. Slit down length of bag (attention: hot steam) and pull sides right back. Cook for a further 15-20mins until cooked through. Spoon nuggets onto plate to serve and enjoy!
