Simple Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions - chopped
- 450g leam minced beef
- 400g tin red kidney beans
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 150ml water
- 1 packet Knorr Mealmaker Chilli con Carne
Method
- Stir fry the onion in a little oil until soft, add the minced beef anf fry until browned through, drain off excess fat.
- Mix the contents of the packet with the water, and add to the pan, add the tomatoes and kidney beans and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with rice.
