Garden Herb Potatoes
From Jersey Royals to waxy Charlottes, new potatoes taste even better with this garden herb seasoning. Serve with a fresh spring salad, in a barbecue buffet or with fish or chicken and a blob of mayonnaise for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Knorr Garden Herb Potato Seasoning
- 500g baby new potatoes, washed
- 100ml water
Method
- Tear open top of pack, remove and unfold microwave bag, keeping hold of blue tie to use later. Place potatoes into bag. Add powder from bottom sachet, and pour in the water.
- Tie bag with blue tie tightly along the blue line. Gently toss together until the potatoes are evenly coated, avoiding air vents on both sides and place bag upright in microwave, ensuring potatoes are evenly spaced.
- Microwave on full power for 9 1/2 minutes (900W) 12 minutes (700W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove using oven gloves, check potatoes are fully cooked. Cut open bag (attention: hot steam), place into serving dish and enjoy!
