Creamy Herbs for Cauliflower and Broccoli
Use this handy Season & Steam pack to create a delicious side for your roast dinner or as a sneaky cheat to make healthy veg more palatable for fussy eaters, big and small. The rich herb seasoning adds a layer of flavour and coats the florets in a delicious creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Knorr Season and Steam Creamy Herbs for Cauliflower and Broccoli
- 160g broccoli, cut into small florets (approx 4cm)
- 160g cauliflower, cut into small florets (approx 3cm)
- 125ml water
Method
- Tear open top of pack, remove and unfold bag, keeping hold of blue tie to use later and place on a microwavable plate. Place the vegetables into the bag. Add powder from the bottom sachet, and pour in the water.
- Tie bag tightly with blue tie along the blue line. Gently coat the vegetables with the seasoning mix, avoiding air vents on both sides. Eusure bag is upright on the plate and the vegetables are evenly spaced.
- Microwave on full power for 5 1/2 minutes (900W), or 7 minutes (700W) . Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove using oven gloves, check vegetables are fully cooked. Cut open bag (attention: hot steam), place into serving dish and enjoy!
