Eggs Benedict
There are few better ways to start the weekend than with a classic plate of Eggs Benedict – the contrast between the toasted buns, creamy eggs, Hollandaise Sauce and ham is utterly delicious. And if you can’t wait until the weekend, this also makes a lovely starter.
